1. Membership Structure

LowPriceDito.com operates on an exclusive, algorithm-driven membership model with no application process and absolutely no membership fees. Our proprietary system automatically evaluates potential members based on a range of undisclosed and dynamically weighted factors, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Transaction History: Purchase behavior, order frequency, and order value.
  • Payment Reliability: Timeliness of payments, chargeback history, and payment method stability.
  • Operational Metrics: Successful delivery rates, fulfillment compliance, and return/refund rates.
  • Risk Mitigation Indicators: Failed deliveries, cancellation frequency and dispute resolution history.
  • Behavioral Patterns: Shopping trends, engagement levels, and adherence to platform policies.

Important: LowPriceDito.com never charges for membership at any tier. Qualified individuals will receive unsolicited membership invitations exclusively through official Company communication channels (verified @lowpricedito.com email domains or in-app notifications). Beware of third parties claiming to sell or guarantee membership access - these are fraudulent.

All membership determinations are final, non-negotiable, and made at the Company's sole discretion. No explanations will be provided for non-selection, and no payments of any kind are required to obtain or maintain membership status.

Membership Tiers & Benefits

Membership consists of three completely free, non-transferable tiers:

  1. Bronze: Basic purchasing privileges, Access exclusive member-only deals and promotional freebies, Standard delivery on all orders, Dedicated customer support & after-sales care.
  2. Gold: Early access to sales and promotions, 50% OFF premium delivery, All Bronze benefits.
  3. Platinum: Free premium delivery on every order, Cash on Delivery (COD) eligibility, All Gold + Bronze perks, plus exclusive first dibs on limited stock

No tier requires payment or subscription fees. Tier assignments and benefits are determined algorithmically and may be adjusted without prior notice based on continuous evaluation. LowPriceDito.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke membership at any time—without liability—for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or operational necessity.

2. Purchasing Privileges

While account creation is restricted to members, non-members may place orders as guests using prepayment methods. Guest purchasers must provide valid contact information and payment details for each transaction but cannot create persistent accounts. Cash-on-delivery transactions are exclusively available to Platinum members in good standing. The system automatically enforces payment method restrictions based on membership status, and any attempt to circumvent these restrictions will result in immediate order cancellation.

All members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding their login credentials. LowPriceDito.com reserves the right to suspend accounts displaying suspicious activity or containing false information. Members must promptly report unauthorized account access, but remain liable for all activities conducted through their credentials until proper notification is received by our support team.

3. Pricing Policy

LowPriceDito.com maintains a lowest-price guarantee without employing price matching mechanisms. Our proprietary pricing algorithm ensures all products are offered at the most competitive rates in the Philippine market from the initial listing. We do not monitor competitor pricing or offer post-purchase price adjustments, as our system automatically maintains market-leading prices without such interventions.

All displayed prices include the mandatory 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by Philippine law. The final checkout amount reflects the exact product price plus any applicable shipping fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors discovered after order placement, in which case affected customers will be notified and given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order without penalty.

4. Ordering Process

The purchase of products through our Service constitutes a binding contract. Members must log in to their accounts to place orders, while non-members may proceed as guest purchasers by providing necessary transaction information. All orders require valid payment information, with Platinum members having the additional option to select cash-on-delivery where available.

Order confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that fails our verification processes, appears fraudulent, or concerns products with pricing errors. In such cases, customers will be notified and any payments processed will be promptly refunded. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on inventory availability.

5. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods vary by membership status. Non-members and Bronze/Gold members must prepay using: (a) major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB); (b) digital wallets (GCash, PayMaya); or (c) direct bank transfers. Platinum members may additionally elect cash-on-delivery for qualifying orders, subject to geographic limitations and order value restrictions.

All payment information must be accurate and complete. For prepaid orders, payment authorization occurs at checkout, with actual charges processed upon order fulfillment. Failed payments will result in order cancellation. For cash-on-delivery orders, exact change must be provided as our delivery personnel do not carry cash for change-making purposes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We partner with reputable logistics providers to deliver throughout the Philippines. Standard delivery timelines range from 1-3 business days within Metro Manila and 3-7 business days for provincial addresses. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control including weather, transportation delays, and recipient availability.

Shipping fees are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. Some Platinum members may qualify for free shipping promotions. All orders require signature confirmation upon delivery. Customers must inspect packages for visible damage before accepting delivery. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within seven (7) calendar days of delivery for products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from their advertised description. To initiate a return, contact our support team with order details and photographic evidence. Return shipping for approved claims will be arranged and paid by LowPriceDito.com.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify returned merchandise. For cash-on-delivery transactions, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to an account specified by the customer. The following products are excluded from returns: perishable goods, personal care items, and digital content.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Your use of the Service must comply with all applicable laws. Specifically prohibited activities include: (a) attempting to manipulate our membership algorithm; (b) reselling products purchased through the Service for commercial purposes without authorization; (c) using automated tools to place orders or scrape content; (d) providing false information during checkout; or (e) engaging in any activity that disrupts Service operations.

Violations may result in order cancellation, membership revocation, and legal action. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations of unlawful activities conducted through our platform. LowPriceDito.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All Service content, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the exclusive property of LowPriceDito.com (operated by Clickerwayne Holdings OPC) or its licensors, protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The "LowPriceDito" name and logo are registered trademarks that may not be used without express written permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Service for personal shopping purposes. This license does not permit: (a) commercial use of Service content; (b) creation of derivative works; or (c) any use inconsistent with these Terms. Unauthorized use terminates this license automatically.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Clickerwayne Holdings OPC (operating as LowPriceDito.com) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Service use. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product at issue. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated herein and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by Philippine law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of City of Biñan courts, with Clickerwayne Holdings OPC (operating as LowPriceDito.com) as the legal counterparty.

The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, except where prohibited by law.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email and through Service notifications. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. The "Effective Date" indicates when revisions were last made.

If you disagree with any modification, your sole recourse is to discontinue Service use. No oral modifications or purported waivers of these Terms shall be valid. These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and LowPriceDito.com regarding Service use.
