Clickerwayne Holdings OPC (Operating as Low Price Dito)
1.0 Our Sustainability Commitment
At Low Price Dito, we believe true value extends beyond low prices. It includes our direct responsibility to our planet, our people, and the communities we serve. This policy formalizes how we integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into our daily operations and long term business strategy.
We manage our operational impacts responsibly to build a resilient business that creates shared value for all stakeholders.
2.0 Defining Sustainability
We measure our sustainability efforts across four areas:
- Environmental Stewardship: Minimizing our ecological footprint through responsible resource management, waste reduction, and climate action.
- Social Responsibility: Fostering a diverse and safe workplace for our employees while ensuring ethical practices throughout our supply chain.
- Governance and Ethics: Operating with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability.
- Economic Resilience: Building a profitable business that generates long term value for shareholders while contributing positively to the local economy.
3.0 Scope of Operations
This policy applies to all operations under our direct control, including our corporate offices, fulfillment centers, and data centers. We strictly require our extended value chain partners, including suppliers, logistics providers, and contractors, to adopt these same practices.
4.0 Core Principles and Execution
4.1 Environmental Stewardship
- Climate Action: We measure our Scope 1, Scope 2, and material Scope 3 carbon emissions to set science based reduction targets. We prioritize energy efficiency and transition to renewable energy sources across our facilities where feasible.
- Resource Management: We minimize waste by enforcing reduce, reuse, and recycle programs. We are actively working toward zero waste to landfill certification for our fulfillment centers.
- Sustainable Packaging: As of 2025, we have transitioned to 100% recyclable, compostable, or reusable packaging materials. We right size all packaging to minimize material waste and transport emissions.
- Responsible Sourcing: We mandate environmental criteria in our supplier selection process. We prioritize partners who demonstrate clear commitments to sustainable resource use and pollution prevention.
4.2 Social Responsibility
- Employee Wellbeing: We provide a safe, inclusive, and equitable workplace. We strictly prohibit forced labor, child labor, and any form of discrimination.
- Customer Trust and Data Privacy: We uphold strict data security standards to protect customer information. We maintain total transparency regarding our product sourcing and business practices.
- Community Engagement: We invest in the communities where we operate through strategic charitable giving and local partnerships.
- Ethical Supply Chain: We audit our suppliers to ensure strict compliance with our Supplier Code of Conduct. This mandates fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and ethical business conduct.
4.3 Governance and Economic Sustainability
- Ethics and Compliance: We maintain a zero tolerance policy for bribery and corruption. All employees complete regular Code of Conduct training.
- Board Oversight: Our executive team regularly reviews ESG performance and risks to ensure accountability.
- Risk Management: We proactively manage climate related financial risks in accordance with global reporting standards.
5.0 Roles and Responsibilities
- President: Provides ultimate oversight of the sustainability strategy.
- Executive Team: Accountable for implementing this policy and allocating necessary resources.
- Sustainability Steering Committee: A cross functional team responsible for setting goals, monitoring progress, and driving initiatives.
- Employees: Responsible for adhering to these principles daily and identifying areas for operational improvement.
6.0 Measurement and Reporting
We measure our effectiveness through clear data tracking. We establish baselines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for carbon emissions, waste diversion, and supplier audit scores. We embed these criteria directly into our procurement decisions and publish an annual Sustainability Report to communicate our progress.
Appendix: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Targets
