1. Introduction

Clickerwayne Holdings OPC ("the Company"), trading as LowPriceDito.com, is registered and operates in the Republic of the Philippines. We respect the privacy of all users and process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

This statement clarifies that the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) does not apply to our operations because we do not offer goods or services to individuals in the EU/EEA nor do we monitor their behaviour as defined in Article 3(2) GDPR.

2. Jurisdictional Scope

Our website and services are intended solely for individuals located within the Philippines. We do not target, solicit, or provide tailored marketing to residents of the EU/EEA.

If an EU/EEA resident accesses our website incidentally (e.g., casual visitor), we will process their data only to the minimal extent necessary for technical operation (e.g., IP logging, basic analytics) and always in compliance with Philippine law.

3. Applicable Law

All personal data processed by the Company are governed by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. The National Privacy Commission (NPC) is the supervisory authority for matters under Philippine jurisdiction.

We collect only the personal data necessary to provide our services. Examples include:

  • Communications (support tickets, correspondence)

Retention periods (implemented):

  • Account & transaction records: 6 years after account closure
  • Communication records: 2 years after resolution

  • Technical logs & analytics: 12 months

All processing and storage are conducted within the Philippines. We do not transfer personal data to the EU/EEA or other foreign jurisdictions except when legally required. Any international transfer (if necessary) will be subject to appropriate safeguards and documented transfer agreements.
