As a Premium Membership platform, we offer both prepayment and cash-on-delivery options for our members:

  • Prepayment: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), and Direct Bank Transfers.
  • Dated Check | Cash on Delivery (COD): Available exclusively to Premium Members for qualifying orders. For COD exact change must be provided upon delivery.

Orders may be cancelled for several reasons, including:

  • Payment was not completed within 24 hours (for manual bank transfers).
  • The item became out of stock.
  • The shipping address is in a non-serviceable area.
  • The order failed our fraud verification checks.
  • A failed delivery attempt occurred.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the order status:

  • Yes: Within 1 hour of payment confirmation.
  • Subject to Approval: While order status is "Processing" or "Packed".
  • No: Once the order is "Shipped" or "Delivered".

Orders placed and verified before 9:13 AM PHT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).

Our primary logistics partner is USmile, our in-house arm. To ensure optimal efficiency, our proprietary algorithm may strategically assign deliveries to other pre-vetted courier partners.

We make one (1) delivery attempt only. Our driver will call the provided contact number prior to arrival. If unsuccessful, the package is returned to our warehouse and the order is automatically cancelled.

You may request a redelivery by contacting our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of the cancellation notice. You must pay the same shipping fee again for the order to be resent.

Yes. Free premium shipping is a core benefit of the Premium Membership, subject to terms and conditions such as serviceable area and successful delivery on the first attempt.

Returns & Refunds

The following non-digital items are not returnable unless defective or incorrect: perishable goods, personalized/custom-made items, intimate apparel, swimwear, and items marked as "Final Sale".

Refunds are processed promptly upon approval of your return. Please allow the following timelines for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times:

  • E-Wallets (GCash, Maya): 7-15 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-15 business days.
  • Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) returns, you must provide your preferred bank or e-wallet details for the refund.
