We may automatically cancel an order without a customer request under the following circumstances:
- Unpaid Orders: Payments made via manual bank transfer that are not settled within 24 hours of order placement.
- Stock Unavailability: An item is confirmed to be out of stock or unavailable from the supplier after the order is placed.
- Fraud Prevention: Transactions identified as fraudulent, suspicious, or violating our Terms of Service through our security screening.
- Failed Communication: The provided shipping address is incomplete, invalid, or deemed undeliverable by our couriers, and the customer is unresponsive after multiple contact attempts.
- Pricing Errors: Orders placed due to a manifest and unintentional pricing error on the website.
Customers will be notified via email of any automatic cancellations initiated by us.
6. Refund Processing
- Approval First: Refunds are processed only after a cancellation request has been officially approved and confirmed by our support team via email.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified by law or stated in our policy. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders canceled by us, you will be required to provide bank or e-wallet details for the refund.
