To ensure your order arrives promptly, we deliver to select areas within Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, and expanding provincial regions.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

All confirmed orders placed after 9:13 AM (the cut-off) Monday through Friday will be processed for shipping on the next business day. The final delivery speed depends on your address:

• Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite: 2-3 business days.
• Select Provincial Areas: Please allow 3-5 business days.
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take 5-7 business days.

To calculate the most accurate rate, delivery fees consider both your delivery zone and the volumetric weight of your items.

• Standard Delivery: A reliable and economical option. Most orders are fulfilled by our trusted third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier schedules.
• Express / Same Day Delivery: Require your order sooner? Select this option for an additional 30% surcharge to prioritize your shipment. This service is typically handled by our 3PL partners or our internal team, USmile, subject to availability and your location. We will do our utmost to meet the expedited timeline.
• Premium Service: Reserved for our valued VIP and Premium members, this tier includes Free Delivery as a core privilege of membership.
  Your order receives white-glove treatment from our dedicated in-house team, USmile, ensuring prioritized processing and personalized handling from dispatch to your doorstep.
  This exclusive service is subject to availability and geographic eligibility.
